• You have not previously been excluded from AW888 or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

Each eligible individual may hold onlyone Account on the AW888 Platform. Registration of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different identity — is prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds or bonus balance held therein.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Malaysian mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your account.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether authorised by you or not.
• Notifying AW888 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensuring your account credentials are not shared with, disclosed to, or used by any third party.

The following deposit limits apply:

All deposit funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts are prohibited and will be subject to return and investigation. AW888 does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified account holders at any time via the cashier section of the Platform. All withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Verification: Withdrawals will not be processed until the User has completed KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Malaysian IC / MyKad, passport) and proof of the payment method used for deposits.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 (or MYR equivalent for cryptocurrency withdrawals).
• Wagering Requirements: Where bonus funds are present in the account balance, applicable wagering requirements must be satisfied before withdrawal is permitted.
• Processing Time: Approved withdrawals are processed within 24 hours under normal circumstances. DuitNow and e-wallet withdrawals typically complete within 3minutes once approved.
• Withdrawal Method: Funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible.
• Fraud Checks: AW888 reserves the right to delay processing of a withdrawal pending additional verification checks where unusual account activity is detected.

AW888 offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, referal bonuses, and VIP rewards (collectively "Promotions"). The following general terms apply to all Promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Each promotion is available to eligible Users only. AW888 reserves the right to exclude any User from a specific promotion at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in each promotion's individual terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute 10%–20%, and certain game categories may contribute 0%.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, and device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• AW888 reserves the right to alter, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse a promotion — including through multi-accounting, coordinated play, or arbitrage — will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus and potential account suspension.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value unless and until wagering requirements are met.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the AW888 Platform:

• Bet Acceptance: AW888 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that exceed published maximum stake limits or that are placed on markets that have been incorrectly priced due to technical error.
• Palpable Errors: Where odds, game outcomes, or payout amounts are displayed incorrectly due to a manifest error (palpable error), AW888 reserves the right to void bets placed at those incorrect prices. Any winings derived from palpable errors will not be honoured.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts for each game type, betting market, and membership tier are displayed within the Platform. These limits may be revised from time to time without prior notice.
• Sports Betting: All sports betting activity is subject to the specific rules published within the sports section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict, the specific rules prevail over these general Terms.
• Live Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to live bet availability. AW888 makes no guarantee that in-play markets will remain open throughout the duration of a match. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and the stake returned.
• Technical Interruptions: In the event of a disconnection or technical failure that interrupts an active game, the outcome will be determined based on the state of the game at the time of interruption, according to the applicable game rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the AW888 Platform and constitute material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform for or in connection with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial aids to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting system bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities without immediately reporting them to AW888.
• Systematically placing bets in a manner designed to abuse promotional offers (bonus abuse / arbitrage).
• Allowing a minor (any person under 21 years of age) to access or use your account.
• Engaging in any conduct that AW888 reasonably determines to be harmful, abusive, or disruptive to the Platform or its other users.

Breach of any of the above will entitle AW888 to suspend or permanently close the account, void all pending bets, and forfeit any balance (including real-money balance where permitted by applicable law and the circumstances of the breach) without notice.

All content on the AW888 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive property of AW888 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the Platform.
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform without express written consent from AW888.
• Use AW888's trademarks, logos, or brand marks without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AW888 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service thereon.
• Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in Platform content.

AW888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

AW888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling should be a form of entertainment — never a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. The following tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via your account settings.

AW888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a User's account at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) where:

• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• The User has provided false or misleading information.
• The User has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.
• A competent authority or regulatory body requires it.
• The User has self-excluded or requested account closure.
• The User's jurisdiction becomes one in which AW888 is unable to operate lawfully.

Where an account is closed or suspended due to suspected fraud or prohibited conduct, AW888 reserves the right to withold the balance pending investigation. Where wrongdoing is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to the User's verified payment method within five (5) business days, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no fraud investigation is pending.

AW888 reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Users by email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to request account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AW888 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, Users are encouraged to contact AW888 customer support in the first instance. The majority of queries and complaints are resolved within 72 hours through the standard support channel.

Malaysian Users are reminded that local courts may not have jurisdiction over disputes involving offshore licensed platforms, and that participation in AW888 constitutes acceptance of the governing law provisions set out in this clause.
